Terms of Use and Event Registration

Effective date: October 17, 2026

1 Operator and scope

These Terms govern use of mk-morales.com and event registrations sold through it by WOMAN OF PRINCIPLE, L.L.C., a Florida limited liability company presenting its work under the names MK Morales and Women of Principle ("we," "us," or "our"). Please read them before using the website or purchasing tickets. By purchasing a ticket through the website, you agree to these Terms and the event details disclosed before purchase.

Our Privacy Policy explains personal-information handling. These Terms do not supply marketing consent or waive privacy rights. Speaking engagements require a separate written agreement; purchases from third-party sellers follow their terms.

These Terms cover website use and event tickets. Separate terms apply to other paid offerings where presented. An informational community page does not create a paid membership or entitlement to services.

Website service provider. Beaver Dam Design Company LLC is an independent provider of website design, hosting-account administration, and technical support. It is not the seller of event tickets, event organizer, venue operator, or payment processor and does not undertake to deliver the event or fund refunds merely by maintaining the website or holding the Base44 plan. Contractual obligations for the event are with WOMAN OF PRINCIPLE, L.L.C. This allocation does not release the website service provider from responsibility for its own conduct or any duty that applicable law independently imposes on it.

2 Eligibility and accurate information

Website forms, signups, ticket purchases, and attendance are for adults age 18 and older with legal capacity to participate. Do not register or submit information for a minor. Future offerings for minors require a separate registration and guardian process.

Provide accurate information and use only a payment method you are authorized to use. If registering someone else, obtain permission to provide their details, make these Terms and the Privacy Policy available to them, and ensure they receive relevant event information. Providing another person's details does not opt that person into marketing, and you cannot waive their independent legal rights merely by buying their ticket.

3 Educational content

The website and events offer inspirational, educational, and faith-based leadership content, not individualized medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. Consult a qualified professional for personal advice. We do not guarantee particular outcomes.

4 Website content and permitted use

Website text, photographs, videos, logos, and book-related materials, including material concerning Becoming a Woman of Principle, are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Rights remain with the respective owners. You may view and use materials for personal, noncommercial purposes, subject to any stated permissions.

Except as permitted by law or written permission from the rights holder, do not reproduce, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit protected content or imply an endorsement by MK Morales or Women of Principle. These Terms do not restrict fair use or other uses protected by applicable law.

5 Inquiries and acceptable use

You retain ownership of material you submit through an inquiry form. You give us permission to use, store, and share it with personnel and providers as needed to review the inquiry, respond, and arrange requested services, consistent with the Privacy Policy. This does not grant permission to publish your inquiry, name, or testimonial for promotion; we would obtain separate permission for that use.

Do not use the website to break the law, infringe rights, impersonate someone, send spam, submit malicious code, interfere with the website, bypass security, or access private records without authorization. Do not submit confidential information belonging to someone else without permission. We may restrict access reasonably needed to address misuse or protect the website and other people.

6 Ticket purchases and confirmation

Event descriptions identify the scheduled date, time, location, included activities, eligibility requirements, and ticket price. Advertised ticket prices include mandatory organizer charges. Any applicable government taxes and optional additions are identified, and the complete amount is shown before you authorize payment. We do not add an undisclosed mandatory processing charge at checkout. Stripe processes payments through its checkout service.

Registration is confirmed only after we verify successful payment and accept the order. Beginning checkout or creating a pending record does not confirm admission. If your payment succeeds but you do not receive a confirmation, contact hello.mkmorales@gmail.com with your name and purchase email before buying again. Keep your order details for check-in and support.

Tickets are subject to capacity and admit only the registered attendee. If we cannot fulfill an order after taking payment, including because capacity was exceeded, we will refund the affected purchase in full. Confirmed orders remain subject to the Terms and event details disclosed when purchased; later changes to these Terms do not retroactively remove those rights.

7 Customer cancellations and refunds

You may request a full refund if we receive your cancellation request at least seven days, meaning 168 hours, before the scheduled event start time. The event page and checkout state the event's time zone and the corresponding refund cutoff. Requests received exactly at the cutoff qualify.

Email hello.mkmorales@gmail.com from the buyer's purchase email address with the order number, if available, and identify the ticket or tickets to cancel. We use the time the email is received to determine eligibility. If fewer than 168 hours remain, customer cancellations and no-shows are not refundable, except as required by applicable law or the organizer-cancellation provisions below.

A full refund includes the ticket amount and associated mandatory fees and taxes charged by us for the canceled ticket. We initiate qualifying refunds within 10 business days after verifying the request or announcing an event cancellation. Refunds go to the original payment method; your bank or payment provider determines when the credit appears. We do not deduct an organizer cancellation fee from a qualifying full refund.

8 Ticket transfers

If you cannot attend, you may request to transfer your ticket to an eligible replacement attendee before the event begins. Email hello.mkmorales@gmail.com from the buyer's purchase email address with the order details and the replacement attendee's name and contact information. Obtain the replacement attendee's permission before sharing their information.

There is no organizer transfer fee. We accept a timely transfer request once the required information is verified and will not unreasonably withhold confirmation of an eligible replacement. A transfer takes effect when we confirm the change in writing, including at check-in, and the replacement attendee must meet the event's published eligibility requirements. A transfer does not extend the original refund deadline or admit more than one person per ticket. These Terms and the event rules also apply to the replacement attendee.

9 Organizer cancellations and changes

If we cancel an event, we will issue a full refund for the affected tickets to the original payment method. If we postpone an event or materially change its advertised date, location, or format, we will offer you the choice of accepting the change or receiving a full refund if you choose not to attend the changed event. We will explain the options using the contact information supplied with the order. If a new date is not confirmed within 30 days after a postponement notice, we will initiate a full refund rather than hold payment indefinitely. We will not require you to accept a credit instead of a refund.

The customer-cancellation cutoff does not restrict the refunds described in this section. We are not responsible for separately purchased travel, accommodation, or other incidental expenses except where applicable law requires otherwise. Severe weather, venue problems, or circumstances beyond reasonable control may require changes, but they do not remove the refund rights in this section.

10 Event conduct and personal permissions

Attendees must follow reasonable venue and organizer instructions and treat others respectfully. Harassment, threats, unsafe conduct, and unlawful activity are prohibited. We may refuse entry or require someone to leave where reasonably necessary for safety or serious misconduct, subject to applicable law and any refund rights it provides. An attendee must not record or commercially distribute a session without permission from the organizer and any necessary rights holders. Contact us before purchase about an accessibility accommodation; nothing here limits legal accommodation rights.

Buying a ticket does not by itself grant us permission to use an attendee's identifiable image or testimonial for promotion. If photography, recording, or another release is proposed, we will provide the relevant notice and obtain any permission required for that use separately. These Terms are not an injury waiver or a substitute for any event-specific release that may be needed.

11 Communications and payment questions

We may send communications needed to administer your purchase, respond to you, or inform you about event changes. Marketing subscriptions are optional and separate; you may unsubscribe as explained in the Privacy Policy.

Please contact hello.mkmorales@gmail.com promptly if a charge appears incorrect so we can investigate. Nothing in these Terms removes your rights under applicable payment, credit-card, or consumer-protection laws or requires you to give up a lawful dispute or chargeback right.

12 Third parties and website availability

The website may link to third-party websites, booksellers, or services. We do not control their content or operations, and their own terms and privacy notices govern those services. Our use of service providers does not remove our own obligations to you.

To the extent permitted by law, general website information is provided "as is" and "as available," without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation or freedom from errors. We may correct errors and update information. This disclaimer does not excuse delivery of a purchased event, the promised refund policy, or rights that applicable law protects.

13 Limits on liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the website, such as lost profits from reliance on general website information.

This provision does not exclude or limit liability for fraud, gross negligence, willful misconduct, personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. It also does not limit our obligation to provide promised refunds or any nonwaivable consumer right. No provision is a waiver of an attendee's personal injury claim merely because they bought a ticket.

The website-availability disclaimer and limitation on indirect website losses also benefit our independent website service providers, including Beaver Dam Design Company LLC, solely for their website services and to the same lawful extent. They are intended beneficiaries of those provisions only. The same exceptions apply, and no provision excuses their own conduct or independently applicable duties.

14 Governing law and disputes

Subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you, these Terms are governed by the laws of Florida, without applying its conflict-of-laws rules. Courts with jurisdiction in Palm Beach County, Florida will hear disputes, except where applicable law requires another forum or permits you to bring a qualifying small-claims action elsewhere.

You may contact hello.mkmorales@gmail.com to seek an informal resolution. These Terms do not require binding arbitration, waive a class action, shorten a statutory deadline, or remove rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

15 Changes and general provisions

We may revise these Terms prospectively by posting a dated version and providing legally required notice and acceptance. The version accepted at purchase governs that purchase unless you separately agree to a lawful change.

If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues to apply to the extent permitted by law. Not enforcing a provision once does not waive later enforcement. These Terms and the disclosed event details govern the purchase, subject to mandatory rights and any applicable separate written agreement.
