I used to live in the shadows of fear and addiction. On September 4, 1999, I was admitted to a treatment center in Delray Beach, exhausted, broken, and desperate for change. My dreams were shattered. I thought happiness was gone forever.
But I found the courage to get help and embarked on a challenging, heart-centered journey. I had to change everything in my life: relationships, my career reputation, my thinking, and I started from ground zero.
And at ten years sober, still searching for direction, I dropped to my knees in the ocean and asked, "God, what do You want from me?" The answer: "Woman of Principle."
That calling launched me into a new chapter. I started the Women of Principle Movement, became laser focused on my career in philanthropy, and found the courage to become the person I am today.

I'm passionate about helping leaders develop long-term strategies in business, philanthropy and life that have a lasting impact.
As a certified John Maxwell speaker and Certified Philanthropic Advisor, I love inspiring people to dream bigger, think differently about their challenges, and take inspired action every single day.
I lead teams that generate high eight-figure annual sales results, and I have personally secured more than $240 million in philanthropic investments — helping hundreds of families and organizations make a meaningful impact in their communities.

And while I've experienced great professional success, I've also walked through deep personal transformation. Having overcome a life-threatening addiction, I know what it means to rebuild, rebrand, and rise again — with wisdom, resilience, and faith.
